Villa Cuccia is a home venue for weddings and everything worth gathering for — birthdays, graduations, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette weekends. Five intimate spaces make it especially well-suited to smaller celebrations, from a hedge-lined lawn to firelight after dark. Not a venue built for events — a real home that opens its gates for yours.
Every booking includes the run of the property — the day can move from lawn to terrace to firelight as the evening turns, all within the gate.
A 40×30 turf lawn out front, bordered by a tall hedge that shuts out the street entirely — flat, dry underfoot, and built for a ceremony or the night's dance floor.
A real-grass lawn out back, 25×60, open enough to lay out round tables and chairs for the whole guest list under the sky.
A Brazilian hardwood deck off the back of the house — sturdy, level, and a natural spot for dinner seating or a bar close to the kitchen.
A flagstone patio just off the yard, good for cocktail hour, a lounge layout, or overflow seating on a bigger day.
Two couches and four chairs gathered around a firepit — where the night tends to end up, drink in hand. The chickens turn in before it gets going.
This is a private home, not a rental hall — one event at a time, and it's ours to walk you through in person.
Some of this is available if you'd like it, and one part is simply how the property works — good to have all of it up front.
Plates, glassware, napkins, and woven placemats are available to rent, with enough on hand for up to 90 place settings.
Farm tables and cross-back chairs are available to rent in addition to the table settings, sized to your guest count.
The property is on septic, so any gathering over 20 guests requires a portable restroom trailer, arranged as a rental at an additional charge.
A live painter can set up in the garden and capture the day on canvas while it happens, for a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
For smaller gatherings, the flock can roam freely through the party for the full farmhouse experience, if you'd like them out.
A look at the garden by daylight and after dark — the lawn, the deck, the flock, and a few evenings that have already happened here.

A milestone celebration"This versatile space was great for my graduation party! There was so much space for games around the grass area and the deck/flagstone worked amazing for food! My friends and I had so much fun and found the area perfect for a small to medium sized party. Definitely recommend!"
"Our families still talk about the firepit at the end of the night. It felt like being at a friend's villa, not a rental company."
